Shipping Policy
Welcome to The Cottage Girl By Alaina! We do not offer free shipping at this time. For all orders, we charge the real time shipping rates of the USPS. Orders are shipped within 7-14 business days and delivery times vary depending on location. After a collection launch, processing may take a few more days. For any Pre-Orders placed, please refer to the expected shipping time indicated within the specific product page. We take great care to ensure that all products are properly packaged to avoid any damage during shipping and thank you in advance for your patience as we do our best to get orders packed ASAP. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Shipping through USPS takes about 3-5 business days.
Incorrect Shipping Address Entered
Please double check and make sure your shipping address is entered correctly! If incorrect, please email thecottagegirlbyalaina@gmail.com to edit the shipping address. We'd hate for you to not receive your order due to a minor mistake.
We are not responsible for an incorrect shipping address. If an order is returned to The Cottage Girl By Alaina due to an insufficient address, we will contact you by email and the buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship the package.
Missing Package
Occasionally, tracking marks packages as delivered before it is at the address. Please allow 24-48 hours after a delivery confirmation to contact us. Many times the package will be delivered within this time frame.

In the meantime:
-Check with neighbors, packages can be mis-delivered to a nearby door or mailbox.
-Contact your local USPS and provide them with your tracking number. If you can speak to your postal person directly they may be able to give more information as to where and when the package was delivered.

If the package still is not recovered, please visit USPS.com and file a claim.

We ship with tracking numbers on all packages to ensure they arrive to each customer. Once we hand over shipments to the USPS, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of a package by the Postal Service.
